Before I joined Optimise, I had already done a lot of personal work and taken many courses and trainings. Although I was hopeful, I never expected Optimise to be so life-changing. An incredible amount has changed in every aspect of my life.
Most of all, I have noticed how much better I feel about myself. I no longer experience anxiety, I like myself now, and I am on my own side, supporting rather than doubting myself.

I can perceive and express my own needs and wants much more clearly. The self-doubt, self-sabotage and vague inner restlessness that used to create such a fog in my mind have all dissolved.
And I finally have a clear professional direction. I now know what feels right for me career-wise, which I had struggled with for years. The connection within my partnership and my relationships in general has deepened noticeably, and even my connection with my body has improved significantly.
It feels as though a completely new inner level has opened up.
Thank you so much, Susanna!
